  • Cancelations might take place up to the 25th of March; all cancelations will generate a 25% cancelation fee. Any time after this date there will be a 100% cancelation fee.
  • Once confirmed, no-show or un-notified cancelations will be charged with the 100% of the total cost of the event.
  • Participants can be changed up to March 25th
